Aystree House, Broughty Ferry

We were delighted to be selected as Architects for the recently completed redevelopment of Aystree House in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. The project involved the restoration of the A Listed “Arts & Crafts” style mansion house and sensitive conversion of this into multi-occupancy residential development. There was also a contemporary extension added to the exsiting gatehouse, incorporating a “sedum roof” which compliments and provides a modern contrast to the original “listed” building.

Our client for Aystree House wrote: “the team at JFSA have turned what might have been a very challenging project at Aystree House into an exciting and rewarding journey. Their dedication, attention to detail and client service has been second to none and the end result is just fantastic.”
